Romania – Electrical Installation Works – Development of Micro 17 Photovoltaic Park, Blocks M01-M14, SMIS Code 315152

The contract involves the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (turnkey) and its connection to the National Energy System, with a minimum installed capacity of 1.155 MW, by the Municipality of Galați, located in Galați municipality, Micro 17, Prelungirea Brăilei Street, Lot 1,2, near the Beltway, Land Register no. 135520. If the design results in a reduction of area, the contracting authority reserves the right to request an increase in the installed capacity of the photovoltaic park, up to 15% of the contract value, and the bidder is obliged to take all necessary legal steps to fulfill the contracting authority's request. Estimated value: 5,489,670.00 lei excluding VAT, of which: - 53,000.00 lei excluding VAT for design; and - 5,436,670 lei excluding VAT for execution (Chapter 2 Expenses for ensuring the necessary utilities for the objective: 20,000.00 lei; Chapter 4 Basic investment expenses: 5,396,670.00 lei; Chapter 5.1 Site organization: 5,000.00 lei; Chapter 6.1 Training of operating personnel: 5,000.00 lei; Chapter 6.2 Technological tests and trials: 10,000 lei). The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: - 30 days before the deadline set for submitting offers in the participation announcement for the first term - 18 days before the deadline set for submitting offers in the participation announcement for the second term. In accordance with the provisions of Articles 160 and 161 of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information regarding the award documentation in two terms, as follows: - the first term in which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is the 23rd day before the deadline set for submitting offers; - the second term in which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is the 11th day before the deadline set for submitting offers in the participation announcement.
