Defence and Complex Environments Construction Framework

SCAPE is developing a new multi-supplier framework for construction works and services in defence and complex environments across the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland). This is a pre-market engagement notice to inform suppliers about the framework development process. Framework Structure: - Lot 1: £500m capacity for contracts valued £0-£15m (UK-wide) - Lot 2: £8bn capacity for contracts valued £10m-£8bn (UK-wide) - Six suppliers planned (3 per Lot) Eligibility Requirements: - Lot 1: Minimum £10m annual turnover (supplier and associated suppliers combined) - Lot 2: Minimum £150m annual turnover (supplier and associated suppliers combined) - Consortia and joint ventures are welcome - SME engagement encouraged through supply chains and as consortium members This notice invites suppliers to participate in ongoing market engagement activities to shape the framework design. A formal Tender Notice will follow.
