Data Network Management and Security Services

This contract opportunity is for the provision of a Security Operations Center (SOC) service and automated security request management within the buyer's infrastructure. The buyer, APIS IT d.o.o., seeks to ensure the protection of its information assets and overall infrastructure, as well as the continuous operation of its business processes. The selected supplier will be responsible for delivering these services throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement and any contracts established under it, covering the entire organization and IT systems of the buyer. Services include monitoring, alerting, incident response, alarm processing, and correlation to timely detect incidents and reduce potential financial or reputational damage. The service must maintain a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution based on the existing Elastic Stack (ElasticSearch-Logstash-Kibana, known as ELK Stack) and the D3 Smart SOAR solution, along with all necessary licenses for their use.
