Cleaning Services for Business Premises

This procurement contract is for daily and periodic cleaning services for business premises located at Paljetkova 18, Zagreb, and DC Jaska, Čabdin 73, 10450 Jastrebarsko. The services include: - Cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, and surrounding areas such as the café bar - Maintenance and washing of all types of floors - Cleaning of all areas in the auxiliary building (energy block) - Cleaning of terraces, balconies, and outdoor surfaces, including the restaurant and café terrace - Collection of small fallen branches, leaves, and waste from all open areas around the premises - Deep cleaning of textile floor surfaces such as carpets and rugs - Detailed cleaning and washing of glass surfaces, windows, and frames above 3 meters - Washing of curtains and blinds - Daily replenishment of hygiene systems, including the supply of hygiene consumables, new wall holders for toilet paper, towel rolls, liquid soap dispensers, and sanitary bag holders, along with installation and maintenance of existing holders. In case of malfunction, the supplier is obliged to repair or replace them if repair is not possible - Daily collection of all types of waste from office and floor waste containers and disposal in large containers in the basement - Cleaning of floors in computer rooms, technical rooms, storage areas, shelters, and ground and basement hallways - Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchenette, including all kitchen elements and appliances - Washing and cleaning of the security booth - A responsible person (foreman) from the service provider for morning and afternoon shifts who will coordinate all other employees and maintain business contact with the responsible person of the contracting authority at Paljetkova 18, Zagreb.
