If multiple suppliers' products are equally suitable for a patient based on individual health and care needs, the purchasing unit will order from the supplier highest in the priority order. The estimated start date for the contracts is December 1, 2025, with a contract duration of two years, plus the option for two additional one-year extensions. The quantities mentioned in the request for proposals are estimated annual consumption figures and are provided solely to assist suppliers in their bids. The procurement contract does not obligate the purchasing unit to a minimum purchase commitment, and actual consumption may vary.
