Software Services for M365 and SharePoint Management

This procurement opportunity involves the lifecycle management of M365 cloud environments (including Teams, SharePoint Online, Power BI, Viva Engage, and Planner), maintenance of the Power BI reporting environment, development of reports, consulting support related to the management model of the Power Platform environment, and its development. It also includes the maintenance and updates of the Center of Excellence (CoE), support and minor development of applications created in the Power Platform environment, maintenance and development of VTT's Power App application template and related components, and support for VTT in utilizing AI capabilities on the M365 platform. Additionally, it encompasses maintenance and development services for the SharePoint 2019 environment. The goal is to ensure uninterrupted operation of applications, quick resolution of issues, proactive version management, user support, minor development, and analysis and implementation of new services. VTT's current contract for M365 and SharePoint on-premise application management services will expire in the fall of 2025, and VTT will re-tender this procurement in Q2/2025.
