Waste Collection Containers and Accessories Supply

This contract involves the supply and delivery of voluntary contribution points and spare parts for above-ground, semi-buried, and buried containers for household waste collection. The contract is divided into four lots: - Lot 1: Supply of above-ground containers and spare parts - Lot 2: Supply of semi-buried containers and spare parts - Lot 3: Supply of buried containers and spare parts - Lot 4: Supply of spare parts for existing buried containers. Economic operators can bid for all lots, and one operator may be awarded all four lots. Each lot will result in a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders issued as needs arise. The maximum amounts for each lot are as follows: - Lot 1: €1,200,000 excluding tax for each period of the contract - Lot 2: €800,000 excluding tax for each period of the contract - Lot 3: €800,000 excluding tax for each period of the contract - Lot 4: €400,000 excluding tax for each period of the contract. The contract is valid for two years from the notification date, with one possible two-year extension. The contractor cannot refuse the extension. If not extended, a notification will be sent at least one month before the contract's expiration. Execution deadlines are specified in Article E2 of the contract. A site visit is optional for lots 2, 3, and 4. Candidates must provide a sample as specified in Article 5-3 of the contract for Lot 1 only.
