Road Construction and Modernization Project in Vâlcea County

The project aims to enhance the transport infrastructure in the Oltenia region, which is essential for the successful implementation of other development priorities. It will improve the mobility of people and goods, integrate the area with the trans-European transport network, combat the isolation of underdeveloped areas, and develop regional and local transport infrastructure. An efficient transport infrastructure connected to the European network will boost economic competitiveness, facilitate integration into the European economy, and enable the development of new activities in the domestic market. The Vâlcea County Council has secured non-reimbursable external funding for the project "Modernization of DJ 676 Cerna (DJ 665) and related roads" under the Regional Program South-West Oltenia, Priority 5 - "Accessibility and connectivity at the regional level". The project aims to develop sustainable, resilient national, regional, and local mobility, improve access to TEN-T, and enhance cross-border mobility. The funding contract was signed on November 24, 2023, between ADR Sud Vest Oltenia and various local authorities. Note: Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information only through SEAP, no later than 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers, as per Article 160 (1) of Law 98/2016. If requests for clarifications or additional information are made within the specified timeframe, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
