Construction of Housing for Individuals with Autism

This contract involves the construction of two separate buildings: Nováček II and a Home for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Both buildings are designed to provide housing for individuals with ASD, often in combination with other mental and physical disabilities. Residents will live in these facilities for their entire lives, as they are unable to lead fully independent lives due to their disabilities. Therefore, the housing units will be supplemented with social and healthcare services, as well as technical operations such as kitchens, laundries, boiler rooms, administrative support, and therapeutic rooms. Both buildings will be single-story and barrier-free, with Nováček II featuring a gabled roof and the home for individuals with ASD having a flat roof with extensive greenery. The project also includes the construction of site access roads with the necessary number of parking spaces, as calculated for the proposed buildings. The access road will connect to the existing local road from Na Chmelnicích Street, with each facility having its own entrance gate. Additionally, landscaping will be carried out, including the planting of new trees and shrub groups.
