Workplace Adjustments and Health & Safety Services - Supplier Information Request

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is seeking input from suppliers experienced in workplace adjustments and health and safety services to help shape a potential future procurement. This early-stage Request for Information (RFI) welcomes suppliers to share their expertise in service delivery models, managed service approaches, equipment provision, supply chain capabilities, technical support, training options, and commercial terms. FOS is particularly interested in understanding market capabilities, including digital platforms and value-added services. Participation in this engagement does not constitute a formal procurement process, tender invitation, or supplier selection activity, and does not commit FOS to proceeding with a contract award. Contract value has not yet been estimated. Interested suppliers should respond with information about their capabilities and experience to inform FOS's future procurement strategy.
