Brief

The Council is seeking a certified ROSPA inspector to conduct weekly safety inspections across its recreational facilities for a three-year period. The inspection scope includes four playgrounds, two outdoor fitness areas, and four BMX/mountain bike/scooter areas. The contractor will be responsible for: providing comprehensive weekly ROSPA inspection reports; performing minor maintenance and repairs on-site as identified; submitting written quotes to the Council for approval before undertaking major repairs; and offering quotes for inspections of any additional play areas added to the portfolio during the contract term. The successful contractor must hold current ROSPA certification and demonstrate experience in playground safety compliance and maintenance.
