ICT Solutions Framework for Public Sector Organizations

HealthTrust Europe (HTE) is launching a single-lot ICT Solutions Framework to help UK public sector organizations procure digital technology and services efficiently and cost-effectively. The framework covers enterprise-level solutions across Hardware, Software, Security, Technology Assisted Services, and Computer Science, including hardware, audio visual, cloud, cyber security, AI, automation, robotics, managed services, and consultancy. Awarded suppliers are vendor-agnostic Value-Added Resellers (VARs) with established vendor partnerships, logistics capabilities, and relevant accreditations who can deliver tailored solutions of any scale. Contracting authorities can procure via direct award or further competition including e-auctions and mini-competitions, with full support from HTE's procurement experts. Key benefits include access to the complete IT vendor landscape, enterprise-level pricing, flexible purchasing options such as Device as a Service (DaaS) and leasing, support for emerging technologies including IoT, telehealth, and AI, and suppliers' Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Value commitments. The framework is open to all UK contracting authorities as defined in the Procurement Act 2023, particularly health and social care organizations, government authorities, and organizations with similar procurement needs.
