HealthTrust Europe ICT Framework for Public Sector Organisations

HealthTrust Europe (HTE) is launching a framework agreement to help UK public sector organisations procure comprehensive ICT solutions from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The framework covers a wide range of enterprise technology needs including hardware, software, cloud services, security solutions, digital transformation services, and related goods. Organisations can purchase through flexible options including direct awards, mini-competitions, e-auctions, and hybrid procurement methods, with support from HTE's procurement experts throughout. Flexible purchasing models are available including Device as a Service (DaaS), leasing, finance options, configuration, storage and logistics. The framework is open to all UK contracting authorities as defined in the Procurement Act 2023, with particular focus on health and social care organisations, central government bodies, and any organisation with similar ICT procurement needs. This framework enables public sector bodies to modernise their ICT infrastructure while maintaining compliance, ensuring value for money, and supporting timely delivery of integrated or standalone solutions.
