NHS Youth Forum Management and Delivery Services

NHS England is seeking a delivery partner to manage and operate the NHS Youth Forum, a platform that amplifies the voices of children and young people (CYP) in health service design and improvement. This service fulfils NHS England's statutory public involvement duties under Section 13Q and supports the 10 Year Health Plan's commitment to youth empowerment. Key responsibilities include: managing and delivering the forum; facilitating engagement and consultation activities with CYP; building a diverse and representative membership; creating relevant content and outputs; coordinating in-person events; and collaborating with NHS England, DHSC, and system partners. The successful supplier will ensure that young people's lived experiences directly inform national health policy and service improvements across the NHS. Contract Details: - Initial term: 2 years with an optional 1-year extension - Estimated value: £150,000 per annum (excluding VAT) - Maximum contract value: £450,000 (excluding VAT) including extension - Service start date: Early October 2026 - Tender submissions exceeding the maximum value will be rejected
