ESNEFT seeks a Health Rostering system to improve staff scheduling and workforce management across the organization. The system must provide real-time visibility of staff movement across wards and enable managers to model future staffing scenarios. Key requirements include the ability to allocate shifts based on patient care needs rather than reactive staff requests, transparent budget impact tracking, and reporting capabilities to understand how rostering decisions affect financial planning. The system should help optimize workforce utilization and improve operational efficiency across the Trust. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with procurement if the service is determined to be no longer required, alternative delivery arrangements become available, existing contractual extensions can be utilized, or for other operational, commercial, or strategic reasons.
