Software Development and Implementation Services for Regulatory Information System in Ireland

The Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA) is seeking a software contractor to develop, implement, and support a comprehensive Regulatory Information and Data Management System. The system will serve as an integrated digital platform to streamline regulatory operations, enhance data management capabilities, ensure audit compliance, and enable advanced regulatory analysis. Key requirements include: organization and contact management for Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs), email integration, case management, communications management, a dedicated AHB web portal, and custom data management and analytics functionality. The successful contractor will be responsible for full system design, development, implementation, and ongoing technical support.
