Brief

TfGM (Transport for Greater Manchester) is seeking a Residential Funder and Registered Provider to develop, fund, own, manage and operate an affordable rental residential scheme comprising approximately 70-85 apartments in Bury town centre. This opportunity is part of the larger Bury Interchange redevelopment project. The successful Development Partner will: contribute to design development; enter into a Collaboration, Funding and Development Agreement with TfGM; and secure a long-term lease arrangement. This is a significant opportunity for a registered provider to deliver new affordable housing in a regenerating town centre location with excellent transport links.
