Perimeter Fencing and Native Hedgerow Installation at Crossbane Lough Peatland Restoration Site

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council is seeking a qualified and environmentally conscious contractor to supply and install approximately 1.5 km of perimeter fencing, native hedgerow, and cattle drinkers at Crossbane Lough Area of Special Scientific Interest (ASSI) in County Armagh. This peatland restoration project aims to protect the sensitive habitat from grazing animals while enabling future conservation grazing through stockproof containment. The work is funded by the PEAT+ project, administered by the Special EU Programmes Body. Contractors must demonstrate competence in habitat protection, fencing installation, and environmental conservation practices. This is a supply and installation contract under the PEACEPLUS funding scheme.
