Drain and Gully Cleaning and Maintenance Services

Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is seeking a qualified and experienced service provider to deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance services across their estate. Services include: cleaning of gullies, drains, and interceptors; servicing of interceptor alarms; and emergency call-out responses. The successful contractor will be responsible for maintaining SPT's drainage infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency and prevent flooding or blockages. This is a comprehensive facilities maintenance contract covering both scheduled maintenance activities and unplanned reactive work.
