NHS South East region (Kent, Medway, Sussex, and South East London) is seeking qualified providers to deliver Environmental Control Equipment services for patients with complex disabilities of all ages. This Prior Information Notice invites expressions of interest to help shape the future contracting approach. Service Details: - Coverage Areas: Kent and Medway, South East London, East Sussex, and Brighton - Active Clients (2025/26): 477 patients across the region - Annual Contract Value: £1,633,031 (2025/26 baseline, subject to change) - Contract Term: Initial 5 years with optional 4 x 12-month extensions (up to 9 years total) - Involvement of 3 ICB areas: NHS Kent and Medway, NHS Surrey and Sussex, NHS South East London This market engagement exercise seeks your feedback on delivery preferences: region-wide service or separate ICB-level contracts.
