    Brief

    Bradford Children and Families Trust is holding a preliminary market engagement event to discuss a potential procurement for an Innovation Partner to support the development and delivery of Tier 3.5 therapeutic children's home provision. The service will consist of two 2-bed properties (4 beds total) serving children and young people with complex needs. This market engagement event will cover: the emerging commissioning intentions and proposed service model; the two-property approach and phased mobilisation strategy; quality, safeguarding, regulatory and Ofsted considerations; workforce and partnership requirements; the co-design and Innovation Partner approach; and open-book accounting expectations. The event is scheduled for 25 August 2026 from 13:30 to 15:30 on Microsoft Teams. Interested organisations must register by 21 August 2026 at 5:00pm via the YORtender Portal using the subject line 'Market Engagement Event – Tier 3.5 Therapeutic Children's Home Provision'. Any formal procurement will be published via YORtender/EU Supply. This notice is preliminary only and does not commit Bradford Children and Families Trust to proceeding with a procurement or award of contract.
