Construction Contractor for 92-Apartment Residential Development in Leeds

Harrison and Potter Trust is seeking a qualified contractor for a two-stage design and build project to develop Lovell Park Road in Leeds. The scheme will deliver 92 new one and two-bedroom apartments for Social Rent across a four-storey building (Lower Ground to fourth floor, approximately 16m high). The successful contractor will be appointed under a JCT Pre-Construction Services Agreement to collaborate with the client and design team through RIBA Stages 3 and 4, develop designs, and provide a fixed price quote, with the intention of being appointed as main contractor under a JCT Design and Build Contract. Works include disconnection of existing services, demolition of current buildings, and construction of high-quality later living accommodation in a sustainable, well-connected location. Planning approval has been received (Reference: 25/00525/FU) subject to Section 106 agreement finalisation. The project is being managed by 54North Homes Ltd (Karbon Homes Group subsidiary) as Development Agent, with BWA (Europe) Ltd appointed as Employer's Agent to administer the tender process.
