Timber Treatment and Dampness Control Services for Housing Stock

Renfrewshire Council is seeking a qualified contractor to provide specialized timber preservation and dampness control services for its housing portfolio. Services include surveying and treating timber affected by rot, woodworm, and other wood-boring insect infestations, as well as diagnosing and controlling dampness issues. The contractor will work on both occupied tenanted properties and vacant void properties. This is a measured term contract, meaning the selected contractor will be appointed to deliver these services on an as-needed basis over a specified contract period. Suppliers should have expertise in timber inspection, preservation treatments, infestation remediation, and moisture control solutions for residential buildings.
