Social Housing Land, Design and Build Services - Lisburn and Castlereagh

Ark Housing Association is seeking qualified economic operators to deliver Land, Design and Build projects in the Lisburn and Castlereagh council area. The successful contractor(s) will be responsible for identifying or providing land, designing, and constructing new build social housing that meets all statutory requirements, the Department for Communities Housing Association Guide, relevant regulatory standards, and Ark Housing Association's design and performance specifications. This opportunity covers between 5 and 30 residential properties. Interested suppliers should have experience in residential development, land acquisition or sourcing, architectural design, and construction management to deliver quality affordable housing solutions.
