Land, Design and Build Social Housing Development in East Belfast

Ark Housing Association is seeking economic operator(s) to deliver land, design, and build projects for new social housing in East Belfast. The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for: securing land, designing homes, and constructing properties that comply with all statutory requirements, Department for Communities Housing Association Guide standards, regulatory requirements, and Ark Housing Association's design standards and performance specifications. The project scope encompasses a minimum of 5 properties up to a maximum of 30 homes. This is a competitive procurement process open to qualified construction and development firms.
