Independent Fostering Agencies - Multiple Service Types

Hampshire County Council's Children Services Directorate is commissioning independent fostering agencies (IFAs) to provide foster care placements for looked after children. This is a multi-lot call off covering: Standard Foster Placements (including Respite), Parent & Child Foster Placements, Children with Complex/Challenging Behaviours, Children with Disabilities/Complex Healthcare Needs, and Separated Children. The Council prioritizes securing placements within Hampshire to support children's education, training, contact with family, and existing support networks. The call off remains open throughout the contract period, allowing new suppliers to apply and existing suppliers to apply for additional lots. Suppliers adding lots must resubmit their award questionnaire selecting new lots and include a separately dated pricing schedule for those lots only. New submissions and additional lot requests will be evaluated within 3 weeks.
