Fostering Agency Services for Children with Disabilities and Complex Healthcare Needs

Hampshire County Council's Children Services Directorate is seeking to commission independent fostering agencies (IFAs) to provide foster care placements for looked after children. This is a multi-lot call-off contract covering: standard foster placements including respite care, parent and child placements, placements for children with complex or challenging behaviours, placements for children with disabilities and complex healthcare needs, and placements for separated children. The council prioritises securing placements within Hampshire to help children and young people maintain their education, training, family contact, and existing support networks. The contract operates on a rolling basis, allowing new suppliers to apply at any time and existing suppliers to apply for additional lots. New applicants or those seeking additional lots should submit an updated award questionnaire with pricing schedules clearly labelled by lot. The council aims to evaluate all submissions within 3 weeks.
