    Brief

    London Metropolitan University is seeking a Tier One Facilities Management (FM) provider and Strategic Delivery Partner to support the delivery of its Estates Strategy over the long term. The successful partner will be responsible for: designing and delivering capital projects with quality and value; providing strategic advice on building, maintenance, and operations to optimize lifecycle costs; managing the transition from construction to operations; delivering comprehensive Total Facilities Management services with a focus on student experience; achieving net zero sustainability targets; identifying opportunities to add value to campus facilities; enhancing teaching outcomes and community engagement; and promoting social value and excellence in safety and site operations. The partner will support the Soft Landings process throughout the capital programme, ensuring that all new and refurbished facilities are conceived, designed, built, and operated with users' and operators' needs in mind from the outset. Key responsibilities include providing buildability advice during design phases, conducting operational design reviews, and managing assets through their full lifecycle to improve capital programme outcomes and operational effectiveness.
