Building Maintenance and Minor Works Framework Agreement

This framework agreement provides comprehensive building capital repairs, maintenance, and new build services across the Council's diverse property portfolio of approximately 1,897 properties. The framework encompasses multiple building disciplines and covers a wide range of property categories including: educational facilities (colleges, schools, and training centres); recreational and public amenities (grounds, leisure centres, public conveniences, and cemeteries); residential properties; commercial spaces (offices); cultural venues (courts, museums, galleries, theatres, and libraries); and industrial facilities (markets, depots, and industrial units). The framework is designed to be flexible, allowing for the addition or removal of properties from the Council's portfolio throughout the agreement term. Suppliers selected under this framework will be expected to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services across diverse building types and specifications.
