Community Health Clinics and Health Events in Inner City and East Bristol

NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board is seeking a Prime Provider to deliver community health clinics and health events in Inner City and East Bristol, starting 1 September 2026. The service aims to address health inequalities in Black Caribbean, Black African, and Asian population groups through prevention-focused, accessible healthcare in community settings. Key objectives include supporting people to manage long-term conditions, improving early diagnosis, building local workforce capacity, ensuring culturally appropriate communication and health literacy, and integrating with primary care and neighbourhood healthcare hubs. The service will work closely with communities, including underserved and unregistered populations, and will participate in NHS research. The contract is for 3 years with a potential 2-year extension. The financial envelope is £294,860 for the initial 3-year term (including VAT), with an optional extension valued at £113,325 per annum. TUPE is not expected to apply. This procurement is managed by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of the Commissioner.
