Postal Collection and Delivery Service for Screening and Health Protection Materials

Public Health Wales (PHW) is seeking a qualified postal and courier service provider to manage a national collection, delivery, and return service for health screening materials across Wales. The service will include: (1) collection of screening invitation letters, participant testing kits, and Health Protection kits from multiple designated PHW locations throughout Wales; (2) secure and reliable distribution of these materials to participants; and (3) return collection of completed participant kits and samples to designated laboratories. The successful supplier must demonstrate capability to handle sensitive health materials securely, maintain reliable service standards across Wales, and manage logistics for high-volume mail and parcels. This is an essential service supporting PHW's screening and health protection programs.
