Homeless Support and Private Rented Sector Housing Services

This is a software-enabled support service opportunity for individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The service provider will deliver comprehensive support to help vulnerable households secure stable accommodation in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) and maintain their tenancies long-term. Key responsibilities include: conducting needs assessments, providing employment support and job training where needed, assisting with housing applications and landlord negotiations, and offering ongoing tenancy sustainment services to prevent eviction. The supplier must achieve up to 30 successful housing outcomes per year for eligible residents. This role combines case management, employment services, and housing navigation to break cycles of homelessness and promote housing stability in the community.
