Main Block Boiler System Replacement and Installation

Buriton Primary School is seeking contractors for the complete replacement of boiler systems in the main building's boiler room. The project includes removal of existing boilers and associated pipework, followed by a full system powerflush and cleaning. A new natural gas-fired condensing boiler will be installed along with new header tank, shunt pump, and all associated pipework and fittings. Work includes modification or replacement of the boiler room flue system (through a specialist contractor), reconfiguration of heating circuits, installation of gas safety controls and solenoid valves, and updates to building management controls including an outside air sensor for weather compensation and pump integration. Electrical work will be completed for the shunt pump, gas safety panel, and condensate pump power supplies. The project concludes with system flushing, filling, venting, full commissioning, heating system inhibitor treatment with certification, and all associated testing and documentation.
