Supply Framework for Milk, Dairy, Bread and Baked Goods (2026-2030)

This is a closed framework procurement to supply milk, dairy products, bread, and baked goods to TUCO members including universities, colleges, and public sector organisations over a 4-year period (2026-2030). The estimated annual spend is £3.5 million, with total framework value of approximately £20 million. Suppliers are sought to provide a comprehensive range of products including: all milk variants and dairy alternatives; dairy products such as cheese, yoghurt, butter, creams, spreads and eggs; fresh and frozen bread including gluten-free and free-from options; and fresh and frozen baked goods including cakes, pastries, confectionery and traybakes, with low-sugar and free-from alternatives preferred. Successful suppliers should ideally offer full product scope coverage across all categories. A one-stop-shop option for fresh milk and bread supply to Local Authorities is also available through this framework.
