Food and Drink Supply Framework for Universities, Colleges and Public Sector Organizations

TUCO is establishing a closed framework agreement for the supply and distribution of food and drink products to universities, colleges, and public sector organizations. This 4-year framework has an estimated annual spend of £3 million, with a total contract value of approximately £40 million. The framework is divided into 8 lots covering: (1) Chicken concepts including fried chicken, gyros, and kebabs; (2) Pizza, flatbreads, and pasta with school-compliant options; (3) Asian and global cuisine including ready-to-eat meals and sushi; (4) American classics such as burgers, hot dogs, and Tex-Mex; (5) Coffee shop concepts including pastries, sandwiches, and salads; (6) Sweet treats including waffles and ice cream; (7) Non-alcoholic drinks including functional beverages, tea, and bubble tea; (8) Premium non-alcoholic branded drinks. All food lots must include vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Suppliers can bid for single or multiple lots. This is an opportunity for food and beverage distributors and manufacturers to supply a large network of institutional customers across the UK public sector.
