Security Monitoring and Response Service for Temporary Accommodation

Buckinghamshire Council is procuring a dedicated security monitoring and response service for temporary accommodation sites to support vulnerable households under the Housing Act 1996. The service will be delivered by trained security officers and must provide: enhanced safety and security for vulnerable individuals and families; trauma-informed, proactive presence to support residents and staff; reduced reliance on emergency services; protection of council-owned and leased properties from vandalism, unauthorised access, and criminal activity; and strengthened community relations. Security presence outside standard business hours is particularly important for preventing incidents and ensuring rapid response. This procurement is a further competition through the ESPO 347_22 Lot 4A Site Security (Southeast of England) Framework. Bidders must already be on this framework to submit an application.
