Rumble Rock Lighthouse Maintenance and Repainting

This opportunity involves maintenance and redecoration work at Rumble Rock Lighthouse. The contractor will perform minor civil repairs and apply protective and decorative coatings to the structure. Key work items include: fabricating and installing a new access ladder, mobilizing equipment and establishing site welfare facilities, washing down the structure and removing marine growth, performing grout repairs, preparing and painting all surfaces, applying blackjack protective coating to the lower section, and final site clearance. The work may be completed in varying order based on the contractor's preferred methods and construction schedule.
