Adult Learning Delivery Partners Framework - 5-Year Agreement

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's Adult Learning Service is establishing a framework agreement for adult and family learning delivery partners to serve until 31 July 2028. This is an opportunity for diverse organizations to join a 5-year framework and access funding to deliver adult and family learning courses across multiple locations in the borough. The Service welcomes providers able to meet the varied needs of residents through flexible delivery at different borough locations. Selected providers will receive invitations to apply for call-off funding to deliver courses aligned with the specified curriculum. This framework aims to create a comprehensive network of quality providers serving Kensington and Chelsea's adult learners.
