Young Carer Support Service for Gloucestershire (Ages 8-25)

This is a countywide contract opportunity to deliver comprehensive support services for Young Carers and Young Adult Carers aged 8-25 in Gloucestershire. The service provider will deliver early identification and assessment of young carers, develop personalised support plans, and provide emotional and well-being support to vulnerable young people. Key service components include: information and advice provision, learning and development opportunities, transition support into adulthood, and contingency planning. The provider will champion young carer voice and participation, strengthen awareness and recognition among communities and professionals, ensure accessible information and guidance, reduce isolation through connection and well-being activities, and offer flexible communication options including digital access.
