This opportunity involves providing comprehensive secretariat services to support the Fire Authority and GAS Committee. Services include: facilitating and administering committee meetings, member liaison and communication, general administrative support, meeting coordination and logistics, and website maintenance and administration. The successful provider will serve as the operational backbone for these committees, ensuring smooth meeting operations, maintaining organized records, managing member communications, and keeping the organization's web presence current and functional.
