Supply of Computer and Multimedia Equipment

The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU-2) is a multi-year program funded by various donors and managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. PFRU-2 is looking for a supplier to provide computer equipment, photo and video equipment, external hard drives, and related accessories. Key details for suppliers: - Proposals must be submitted by March 20, 2026, at 15:00 Kyiv time. - Questions about the tender must be submitted by March 6, 2026, at 18:00 Kyiv time. - Price proposals can be in either Ukrainian or English. - All communication regarding the tender must be in writing via email to pfruprocurement@chemonics.com. - The PFRU-2 project is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in the partner country, so payments will be made excluding VAT. - When submitting proposals or inquiries, include the tender number PFRU2-2025-358 in the email subject line.
