Traffic signal equipment, telecommunications equipment, and video surveillance systems supplier wanted

The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2), a multi-year, multi-donor-funded programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, is seeking qualified suppliers to provide traffic signal equipment, telecommunications equipment, and video surveillance systems. Interested organizations must submit proposals by July 21, 2026, at 15:00 Kyiv time via email to pfruprocurement@chemonics.com with the tender number PFRU2-2025-659 in the subject line. All inquiries must be submitted by July 13, 2026, at 18:00 Kyiv time. Price proposals should be in Ukrainian or English. Applicants must submit completed tender documents (ITT_PFRU2-2025-659, Volume 3 Terms of Reference, and Annex 1), all duly signed and scanned as PDFs, along with relevant registration documents complying with their country's laws. Note that PFRU-2 is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in the partner country, so payments will exclude VAT.
