Supply of Traffic Signal Equipment, Telecommunications Equipment, and Video Surveillance Systems for Ukraine

The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2), a multi-year, multi-donor programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, is seeking qualified suppliers to provide traffic signal equipment, telecommunications equipment, and video surveillance systems. This procurement is part of PFRU-2's infrastructure development initiatives in Ukraine. Proposals must be submitted by July 21, 2026, at 15:00 Kyiv time to pfruprocurement@chemonics.com with tender number PFRU2-2025-659 in the subject line. Questions may be submitted until July 13, 2026, at 18:00 Kyiv time. Price proposals should be in Ukrainian or English. Applicants must submit completed Terms of Reference documents, signed Annex 1, Excel files, and country-specific registration documents. PFRU-2 is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT, so payments will exclude VAT.
