Chemonics Group UK Limited, on behalf of the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2), is seeking qualified service providers to retrofit two cargo vans with PZSA-3 protection level ballistic armor. This is an international technical assistance project managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine.
