Mental Health Support Services - Approved Provider List

Surrey County Council is seeking qualified providers to join an Approved Provider List (APL) for mental health outreach services. This Request for Information aims to understand the current market and develop a roster of vetted organizations to deliver flexible, person-centered support to individuals in their homes and communities. Outreach services enable people with mental health needs to maintain independence and wellbeing while living in their own homes. Services may include: emotional support and confidence building; life skills development (budgeting, cooking, cleaning, administrative tasks); financial assistance and tenancy support; help building social connections and attending activities; and employment or volunteering support. This opportunity is part of Surrey County Council's initiative to expand the range of support available to vulnerable people. Interested providers should have experience delivering community-based mental health support and a commitment to person-centered care. Providers will be required to meet council standards and quality expectations.
