IT Managed Services Market Engagement Event

The Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC) is inviting interested suppliers to a preliminary market engagement event to discuss the provision of IT Managed Services. This is an informational session, not a formal tender, where CEC will share requirements and service specifications across six key areas: Service Desk and Support, End User Computing & Asset Management, Cloud Platforms and Collaboration, Identity/Security and Access Management, Infrastructure and Connectivity, and Reporting and Metrics. The online event will be held via Zoom on Monday 8th June at 10am (lasting approximately one hour). Interested parties should register via the provided Microsoft Forms link to receive an invitation and pre-event documentation including the Service Specification and Monitoring Requirements. This market engagement is designed to help CEC test supplier appetite and delivery viability for the proposed service. Please note: this is not a binding commitment or call for competition.
