Angus Council Home and Community Care Services Framework 2027

Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership are establishing a new framework for the provision of personal care, support services, and housing support (including home-based respite) to people in their homes across Angus. This procurement is for providers in the care at home sector to tender for various service lots. The new framework commences 1 April 2027 and runs for four years with optional extensions of up to three additional years and then two further years (nine years total). Interested providers must register their interest by 12 noon on 10 July 2026. The formal Contract Notice and Invitation to Tender will be released on 27 July 2026 or thereafter. The estimated framework values are based on a nine-year contract period.
