Coroners Case Management and Workflow System

Essex County Council is seeking a Coroners Case Management and Workflow System to manage all coronial cases from initial referral through to final closure. The system must handle the complete case lifecycle, including case tracking, document management, workflow automation, and reporting capabilities. The contract is for an initial 3-year term with an optional 12-month extension period. Suppliers should be prepared to demonstrate experience in case management systems for judicial or legal processes, integration with existing council systems, and compliance with relevant data protection and records management requirements.
