Playground Equipment Supply and Installation Framework

Blackpool Council is seeking qualified suppliers for a framework agreement to design, supply, install, and maintain playground equipment across approximately 30 play areas throughout the town. This framework supports both small replacement projects and large-scale refurbishments across sites of varying sizes and conditions, which are exposed to high usage, coastal weather, salt air, vandalism, and anti-social behaviour. The framework covers: supply and installation of sports and activity equipment; playground surfacing; fencing and gates; design and space planning; project management; and aftercare, maintenance support, and warranties. Successful suppliers will work closely with Blackpool Council to deliver consistent quality, durability, and value for money over the contract term. This is a two-lot framework opportunity.
