ESPO is seeking suppliers for a national framework to supply liquid fuels to the UK public sector, including automotive fuels, heating oil, and alternative fuels such as HVO and biodiesel. The framework will be structured into 55 regional lots based on UK geographical areas (NUTS codes) to reflect the regional nature of the fuel market. Suppliers can bid for one, multiple, or all lots. Deliveries will typically be made into customer bulk tanks, with fuel bunkering services also available for customers using fuel cards. Pricing will be indexed to the Platts Oil Price Index on a weekly lagged basis to ensure market transparency.
